Poach and Sear
Bring suitable sized pot of salted water to a boil. Add sausage, return to a low boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes per sausage. but not less than 6 minutes total. Remove from water. Preheat sauté pan or cast iron skillet with a small amount of oil over medium-high heat. Add sausages and cook until browned to desired degree, turning occasionally.

Grill
Bring grill to medium to medium-high heat. Place sausages on grill, leaving 3/4" or more between each and cover. Cook 4-5 minutes and turn over. Cook another 4-5 minutes until well marked. Check for doneness before serving.

Panfry
Preheat sauté pan or a cast iron skillet with a small amount of oil. Add sausages, leaving space in between to allow browning. Turning occasionally, allow to brown well on both sides. Check for doneness before serving.
