Fresh green beans with cashew
 
INGREDIENTS

12 oz. fresh green beans
4 tablespoon of butter
½ cup cashew

DIRECTIONS

Simmer green beans until almost tender, rinse in cold water immediately and refrigerate (if doing ahead). Melt butter in large frying pan, add beans, cashews and (optional) season with Jane's Krazy Mixed-up salt.
