INGREDIENTS
1 large
can of pineapple chunks
2 eggs
2 tablespoon of flour
½ cup of sugar
1 can of large or 2 cans of small
mandarin oranges
1 can of Queen Anne cherries
1 pint of whipping cream
½ bag of miniature white marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
Take the
juice from can of pineapple and add the
eggs, beat the eggs until smooth, and
add flour and sugar. Cook, stirring
continually, until thickened. Cool.
Drain the
pineapple, mandarin oranges, and
cherries.
Fold the
cooled mixture into the whipped cream.
Add the fruits and marshmallows.
